Role Overview

LifeStance Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide PRN float coverage in our clinic setting. The role involves overseeing clinical therapies, greeting and rooming patients, administering treatments, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage clinical therapies under the direction of physicians
• Create a positive and professional work environment
• Greet and room patients, obtain vital signs, review medical information, and administer treatments
• Administer medications as indicated and ordered, and review screener results
• Provide clear patient instructions and education, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
• Maintain thorough assessments of patients and alert physicians if necessary
• Ensure clinic preparations for the next shift and maintain patient records
• Assist with daily nursing tasks as needed

Skills and Experience

• Associate degree in nursing, with a bachelor’s degree preferred
• One year of experience in a related clinical position
• Current/active state license and BLS certification
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office and an EMR/EHR
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
• Experience with basic laboratory procedures and exposure to mental health disorders
• Knowledge of infectious disease management and safety standards

Pay

• RN hourly rate: $31.50 - $36.60
• LPN hourly rate: $22.75 - $26.10
