About the role

As a Nurse at Franklin Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess residents’ conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written, and electronic communications.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN License for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
