About the role

Produce high-quality cross-sectional images for diagnostic interpretation using MRI equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures
• Ensure patient safety through pre-screening
• Administer contrast safely
• Maintain proficiency with various MRI systems
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and radiologists
• Adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards
• Train new staff
• Respond flexibly to coverage needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification
• State license if applicable
• CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Strong customer service, organizational, and technical skills
• Ability to work at multiple locations and travel locally may be required

Physical & Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to lift patients
• Exposure to magnetic fields, blood, and infectious materials may occur

Preferred Qualifications

• MRI registry
• Prior MRI experience
