PRN Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial tasks, including removing trash, washing windows and walls, moving furniture and supplies, and providing fill‑in housekeeping duties as needed.
• Conduct floor care such as cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning throughout the facility.
• Assist with building maintenance and construction work on all interior and exterior surfaces.
• Assist with grounds maintenance, including lawn care and snow removal.
• Perform general repairs to the facility and residents’ equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and use various machines (e.g., floor‑care, grounds‑keeping, and maintenance equipment).

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a health‑care setting.
• Building and grounds maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine requirements.

Pay

$20.20 per hour.
