Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of facility equipment and systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems
• Supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Experience with facilities maintenance and repair, including minor drywall repair, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, and hand tool operation
• Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Leadership skills to supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects
• Own a personal vehicle to enable responding to emergency call-ins if needed
