About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a dynamic, team-oriented healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Measure and record vital signs
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions
- Deliver high-quality, safe patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient satisfaction
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and departmental standards
- Participate in meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Perform department-specific duties as directed
Requirements
- Missouri Board of Nursing LPN license or multi-state compact license
- Preferred additional certifications
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
Physical demands
- Active movement, including ambulation and handling objects over 20 lbs.
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, holidays, and weather conditions
- Exposure to contagious illnesses in a 24/7 healthcare setting
