Responsibilities

- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with the care team to ensure quality resident care
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- Experience in long-term or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
