Responsibilities

• Captures patient care through the nursing process under supervision or guidance.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains accurate documentation.
• Affixes to clinical standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials may be required or preferred.
