Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Monarch Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in University City, Missouri. As an LPN 7A-7P, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, and center policies and procedures.

About the Role

• Demonstrating knowledge and appropriate use of the Company Infection Control Manual
• Participating in and assisting with the implementation of the Quality Improvement Program
• Utilizing the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs
• Notifying other departments of patient changes, such as room changes, leave of absence, new admits, and discharges
• Conducting family and patient education
• Administering medications timely and according to facility policy

Requirements

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state
• One year of prior nursing management experience preferred
