About the role

Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Name of the Community in Easley, SC. Work 7am–7pm full-time in a supportive, mission-driven environment dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors through our core values: Relationships, Teamwork, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents’ care plans.
• Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift.
• Supervise and direct other care staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards.
• Work weekends, holidays, and as needed to meet resident needs.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina.
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.
