Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments.
• Provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Participate in treatment team planning.
• Process commitments.
• Provide discharge planning/case management services.
• Perform crisis intervention.
• Act as liaison with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Social Services related field required; licensure preferred.
• Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting.
