PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatric Day Healthcare Center

About the Role

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to medically fragile pediatric patients in a family-like environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and offer emotional support to families. Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children while documenting care activities and reporting changes promptly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective treatments, medications, and therapies
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Collaborate with care team to develop care plans
• Educate and support families and caregivers

Requirements

• Active PA LPN License
• CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation)
• Clear criminal background check
• Preferred pediatric nursing experience (training provided if not)
