About the Role
Provides compassionate pediatric care in a supportive environment for medically fragile children.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to medically fragile children
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes promptly
- Provide education and emotional support to families and caregivers
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children
Requirements
- Active PA LPN License
- CPR certification (can be obtained during orientation)
- Clear criminal background check
Qualifications
Preferred but not required: pediatric nursing experience
