PRN Inpatient Substance Use Counselor & Group Facilitator

Job Summary

A compassionate, driven professional is needed to join our inpatient team in York, PA, as a PRN Inpatient Substance Use Counselor & Group Facilitator. This role focuses on group facilitation and offers flexible PRN scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging and clinically effective substance use disorder and mental health group sessions.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic group environment.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to support client progress.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Respond appropriately to client needs and crisis situations as they arise.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, etc.) with licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or certification (CAADC), or eligibility to obtain.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with CADC, or eligibility to obtain.
• Associate's Degree in a related field with CAAC, or eligibility to obtain.
• High School Diploma with CAAC.
