About the role
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN role in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care in a critical care setting
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams
- Responding to changes in patient status
- Maintaining accurate documentation and following safety protocols
Qualifications And Skills
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills
- Ability to pass background screening and onboarding
- Capability to perform in a fast-paced acute care environment
