About the role
We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $48 and the opportunity to work 12-hour shifts, supporting critically ill patients in a professional ICU setting. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a critical care environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Respond to changes in patient status promptly
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to pass background and onboarding screening
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced acute care setting
