Role: PRN Hospital Phlebotomist Responsibilities Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all agesCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity, and alcohol testsAccurately enter patient data and process billing informationPrepare specimens for testing and maintain specimen logsProvide excellent customer service and perform administrative dutiesTravel to additional sites as needed Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GEDPhlebotomy certification, completed training, or 3+ months experiencePreferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently or in a teamReliable transportation and flexibility for overtimeAbility to pass color blindness test Key Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
