PRN Hospice Chaplain
Job Summary
Serving as a liaison and support to community chaplains and spiritual counselors, providing spiritual care services to Hospice patients, families, and caregivers. Duties include maintaining records, attending patient care conferences, and interdisciplinary group meetings.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, M.Div. or equivalent)
- Preferred: Licensed ordained minister or equivalent experience
- Hospice experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with proof of automobile liability insurance
