Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate, high-quality home health nursing care, ensuring effective communication and documentation to support patient well-being
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid state license as an LPN/LVN
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
