PRN Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

As an Addus Registered Nurse, you will enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes. You will perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service, follow up for unskilled services, present educational in-service trainings, and communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure
• 2 years of experience required
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage

Schedule

• 3 days per week, 8 am to 5 pm
• Flexible, self-scheduled shifts
• No weekends or holidays

Coverage Area: Conway, Johnson, Perry, Pope, Van Buren, Yell counties.
