Schedule
- Flexible, self-scheduled shifts
- No weekends or holidays
- Hours vary based on need; average 15-20 visits per month

- Daily pay option

Responsibilities
- Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes
- Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service
- Follow up for unskilled services
- Present educational in-service trainings
- Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure
- Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage
