PRN Home Care Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Provide one-on-one, hands-on pediatric care to clients in their homes. Work autonomously while following and documenting doctors’ orders, performing assessments, monitoring client conditions, and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current nursing license in good standing
• Passion for pediatric care
