PRN General Cardiology
About the role
As a PRN Non-Invasive Cardiologist, you'll work with a team of 17 providers (10 physicians and 7 APPs) to provide top-notch care and patient experiences. You'll provide the full spectrum of cardiovascular services including echo, SPECT, cardiac CT, cardiac MRI imaging, and full-service structural heart and electrophysiology services. You'll collaborate with Hospitalists and Intensivists, as well as other specialties including Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgery.
Responsibilities
- Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Serve as a collaborative physician for advanced practice providers.
- Direct and coordinate patient care activities in the acute and ambulatory setting.
- Supervise and interpret non-invasive testing (echo, cardiac CT, cardiac MRI and SPECT).
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
- Residency trained in Internal Medicine.
- Fellowship trained in Cardiology.
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
- Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
Qualifications

- You will practice at Intermountain Health: St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana.
- This is a PRN position 5-7 days a month preferable.

- The Heart & Vascular program at IH St. Vincent Hospital employs 3 cardiothoracic surgeons and 3 board-certified vascular surgeons who perform complex procedures using intravascular, minimally invasive, robotic, and open approaches.
- The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $7.25 - $999.99
