PRN/FULL-TIME Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch nursing care in a home health setting
• Treat patients, administer medications, and manage injuries as needed
• Ensure patients receive proper nutrition and hydration
• Assist with physical therapy exercises and treatments
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to caregivers
• Follow the care practices set by physicians and coordinate with the Care Team
• Perform non-invasive tests and procedures (e.g., EKG, spirometer)
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Conduct quality home visits, including charting and OASIS documentation
• Manage IV medications and PICC/Central Lines
• Provide expert wound care management

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Certification: RN license required, BLS Certification preferred

Schedule

• Flexible hours
• Primarily day/evening shifts from Monday to Friday
• With some weekends as needed
