PRN - Family Nurse Practitioner
About the Role
Responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare in both clinic and telehealth settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence to clinical protocols. Works collaboratively within a team, providing guidance to staff, managing patient history reviews, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Maintains accurate documentation, complies with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, and follows clinical practice guidelines.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on ongoing care for acute and chronic conditions. Actively engages with clinical leadership, participates in training, and supports new employee onboarding to foster a positive work environment. Must be adaptable, efficient in a fast-paced setting, and experienced in telehealth services.
Additional responsibilities include on-call duties, community engagement, and continuous compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Active licensure and DEA registration
- 1+ years of relevant provider experience
- Proficiency in working with diverse patient populations
- Prior telehealth experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
