PRN - Family Nurse Practitioner

Role Overview

The Provider, a Family Nurse Practitioner, delivers high-quality healthcare in both clinical and virtual settings, focusing on patient satisfaction and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care, including diagnosing, prescribing medications, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to protocols and regulations, including HIPAA.
• Engage with clinical leadership to resolve patient concerns and improve care.
• Participate in telehealth services, managing patient follow-up efficiently.
• Support new employee onboarding and ongoing training.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and uphold company values.
• Perform on-call duties as needed and comply with all licensing and credentialing requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) with 1+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Active license, DEA, and DOT certification required within specified timeframes.
• Experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, ER, or family practice preferred.
• Proven telehealth experience and ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
