PRN Dialysis Registered Nurse

Provides professional nursing care to patients throughout the admission-to-discharge process in a medical-surgical dialysis unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective treatment.
• Provide patient and family education to promote understanding and self-management.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care aligned with clinical standards.
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status.
