What You’ll Do

• Demonstrate an exemplary level of understanding and competency in applying the principles of dialysis, dialysis technology, and the expert skills required to maintain, repair, and trouble-shoot all aspects of machines, equipment, and water treatment systems.
• Maintain the following equipment: 2008K and Nipro Machines, Ameri-water Central system, and Marcor Millenium.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ability to travel within the state; including a valid driver license and car insurance
• Works independently and collaboratively with other leadership teammates
• Rapidly problem solves to repair failed biomedical equipment and systems
• Responsible for maintenance of physical plant
• Maintains ancillary equipment and water treatment systems
• Follows infection control policies and procedures pertaining to machine equipment, water treatment, and physical plant
• Maintains logs and documentation of activities in accordance with Rendevor Dialysis' policies and procedures
• Communicates significant information to appropriate biomedical team members and documents in a clear, concise, and accurate manner

Supervision

• This position will report directly to Regional Biomedical Services Manager

Work Environment

• The job exists in a hospital or in the medical unit of a post-acute or correctional facility
• This role may include exposure to chemicals and blood-borne pathogens
• This role routinely involves the use of both medical and standard office equipment
