In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. As a PRN Chef, you will work on an as-needed basis, providing flexibility to assist during peak times, special events, or staff shortages. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed in the kitchen. Assist with menu planning and development to enhance the dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and presentation. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure proper storage and management of food products to minimize waste. Stay current with culinary trends and techniques to contribute to menu innovation. Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff when necessary. Adapt menu items and techniques to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Qualifications Minimum of [2-3] years of culinary experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
