PRN CNA - Hospice Care - Night Shift

About the Role

Provide compassionate care at hospice facilities, supporting the organization's mission through personal care tasks and patient support during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the Hospice Aide Plan of Care.
• Recognize and report unusual patient conditions or behaviors.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity at all times.
• Work within the scope of practice and assist with patient needs.
• Adhere to care plans and support families during the care process.

Requirements

• Valid Florida CNA certification.
• 1-3 years of experience (preferably in long-term care).
• Valid Florida driver’s license if transportation is required.
