PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) -- Fond du Lac

About the role

As an occupational therapy assistant at Enhance Rehabilitation, you will work under the guidance of an occupational therapist as part of a growing team. You’ll assist in treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by occupational therapists, ensuring every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• With assistance from the occupational therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs tailored to each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of occupational therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with the occupational therapist, director of rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
