PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

About the role

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Occupational Therapists, ensuring every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs, with assistance from an Occupational Therapist, based on each patient’s particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of occupational therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with the Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
