PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

The Role

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA will optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients by developing a treatment plan that will meet the patient's individual needs, and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess and document progress in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the therapy team, patient and family
• Provide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues

Requirements

• An active state COTA license is required
• Some SNF experience is required
