About the Role

The RN Outpatient Cardiovascular Nurse provides high-quality, safe patient care within a multidisciplinary team in a clinical setting. They perform cardiac stress testing, interpret data, and collaborate with physicians to ensure patient safety and effective treatment. Additionally, they deliver personalized care in the Cardiac Rehab program, developing individualized plans, monitoring responses to exercise, and educating patients on cardiovascular health. The role involves assessments, emergency interventions, documentation, and adherence to clinical protocols. The nurse fosters teamwork, participates in quality improvement, and maintains professional development in cardiology and rehabilitation practices.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse
• Master's Degree required
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including clinical and management skills
• Knowledge of cardiology, stress testing, and cardiac rehabilitation
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare technology
• Strong communication, teamwork, and educational abilities
