About the role

We normalize balance, not burnout. Our smaller patient panel size means more time with your patients, ranging from 20 to 60 minutes. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Offer holistic care including prevention, chronic care management, and health education to patients.
• Utilize resources like UpToDate and RubiconMD, free of charge to both you and your patients.
• Practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license.
• Work autonomously within a company that prioritizes patients, ingenuity, courage, community, and fun.

Requirements

• Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification required.
• Independent practice provider preferred, subject to state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification required at the time of start date.
• Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits, preferred.

Pay

$57.00-70.00/hr
