Private Wealth Senior Counsel
About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Private Wealth Senior Counsel with a minimum of eight years of experience. This position is open in multiple offices, with a preference for candidates in Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Nashville, or St. Louis.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing sophisticated estate plans
- Assisting individual and business clients with wealth management, asset protection, and gift and estate tax issues
- Working primarily with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit
- Delivering high-quality, personalized service
- Handling multiple projects effectively
- Communicating legal strategies and courses of action
Requirements
- Significant experience in private wealth matters
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized service
- Excellent academic credentials
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible
Qualifications
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated record of working well under pressure

Husch Blackwell offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and much more. The salary range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $185,000 - $275,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
