About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Private Wealth Senior Counsel with a minimum of eight years of experience. This position is available in multiple offices, with a preference for candidates in Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Nashville, or St. Louis.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing sophisticated estate plans
- Assisting individual and business clients with wealth management, asset protection, and gift and estate tax issues
- Working primarily with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit
- Delivering high-quality, personalized service
- Handling multiple projects with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Effectively communicating legal strategies and courses of action
Requirements
- Significant experience in estate planning
- Experience with wealth management, asset protection, and gift and estate tax issues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Excellent academic credentials
- An active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying, or commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible

Pay
Compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $185,000 - $275,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
