About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Private Wealth Senior Counsel with a minimum of eight years of experience. This position is available in multiple offices, with a preference for candidates in Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Nashville, or St. Louis.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated estate plans for individual and business clients
- Assist clients with all aspects of wealth management, asset protection, and gift and estate tax issues
- Work closely with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit
- Deliver high-quality, personalized service with strong attention to detail
- Handle multiple projects effectively and demonstrate exceptional judgment
- Communicate legal strategies and courses of action clearly and confidently
Requirements
- Significant experience in designing and implementing sophisticated estate plans
- Experience assisting individual and business clients with wealth management, asset protection, and gift and estate tax issues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Excellent academic credentials
- A commitment to the community and superior interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- An active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible
