About the role
The Private Wealth Relationship Specialist assists in the coordinated delivery of a broad range of bank products and services (insurance, deposits, consumer credit etc.) to a challenging and sensitive portfolio of affluent clients. The Private Wealth Relationship Specialist will support a Private Wealth management team and render an extraordinary high level of service to private wealth management clients.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates day-to-day basic transactional needs of the client base, including processing deposits, payments, transfers, or other routine transactions
- Responds to client requests for information and assists with basic inquiries, within appropriate level of authority, including the processing of documentation for overdrafts and monitoring of various first-line-of-defense risk activities
- Supports sales efforts by assisting with information for scheduling appointments, making follow-up telephone calls, and preparing and maintaining client marketing materials
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferences
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- At least one (1) year of private wealth administrative experience or equivalent
- Solid understanding of private wealth processes

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and thorough in developing comprehensive client correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Strong record-keeping skills including proficiency in standard CRM software
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
Pay
Pay ranges are job-specific and provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance in the job role.
- Minimum Job Range Target: $43,500.00 USD
- Median: $52,540.00 USD
This job is not incentive eligible.
