About the role
Private Wealth Management (PWM) Analyst Advisors have shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for PWM. This position focuses on honing the technical aspects of a specialty area and developing superior client-facing skills to become a next-level Advisor. On-the-job training will cover the technical aspects of the specialty area.
Responsibilities
- Create prospecting strategies and research to manage and retain high-net-worth relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and act on them under the general oversight of an Advisor.
- Analyze client financial statements using appropriate financial planning analyses, tools, and materials to recommend strategies for growth.
Requirements
You will be subject to the required National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain these requirements may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Up to three years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Good knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong client-facing skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data, and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus

Pay Range
$75,820.00 - $89,200.00
