Private Wealth Management Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY
Provides exceptional service to our clients and supports Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis. Key member of the service team, assists in areas such as digital marketing, portfolio holdings and/or proposal tools, financial planning, reporting and analysis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Service: Assist FA/PWA/team in delivering against their client service model, prepare for meetings, track follow-ups, provide coverage, assist with money movement transactions, answer non-investment questions, educate/enroll clients in digital tools, accept/solicit orders, review client reports/plans, assist with research, represent service lens in meetings.
- Business Development Support: Organize and execute business plan, partner with stakeholders, execute digital/in-person marketing strategies, prepare/review client reports/plans, participate in meetings, attend firm initiatives.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 2+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position required
- Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred
- Active Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA), Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required
- Knowledge of financial services products, MS Office (particularly MS Excel), internet applications, strong writing, interpersonal and client service skills, time management, teamwork, adaptability, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven

The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
