Responsibilities
- Develops referrals and leads from internal and external sources, including centers of influence working with clients.
- Understands and navigates complex financial needs of clients, including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services.
- Works with a team of experts to develop and implement customized Wealth Management strategies for clients.
- Orchestrates specialists to provide holistic financial services and contributes to organic growth by expanding current relationships and sourcing new ones.
- Brings in experts, when necessary, and closes sales deals. Ensures smooth delivery of new services and communicates emerging needs.
- Incorporates digital solutions and capabilities to enhance the client experience.
Requirements
- Broad understanding of Wealth Management principles including investment, tax planning, estate planning, and family governance.
- Proven ability to work across multiple disciplines and synthesize complex information.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
- Strong relationship management capabilities and high emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Business Administration, Finance, Economics).
- 10 - 15 years industry experience, including significant experience in relationship management and portfolio management.
- MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Tax Advisor (CTFA), Certified Wealth Manager (CFM) certificate preferred.
- Series 7 and 63 required.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $236,555 - 414,115 USD. Salary is commensurate with experience.
