Private Wealth Associate
Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, dedicated to our clients and the industries they serve. We have an immediate opening for a Private Wealth Associate with four to eight years of experience preferred. Candidates in Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Nashville, or St. Louis are strongly preferred, though we will consider applicants for any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have experience in sophisticated estate planning and drafting, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax, and charitable planning. Prior law firm experience is required. The successful candidate will work with attorneys across our various offices in our Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic industry group.
Requirements
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible

- Exceptional judgment and ability to effectively handle multiple projects
- Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position is:
- California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C.: $230,000 - $275,000
- Minnesota and Vermont: $215,000 - $275,000
- All other markets: varies depending on market data
Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
