Private Wealth Associate
About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Private Wealth Associate with four to eight years of experience. This position is open to candidates in multiple offices, with a preference for those in Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Nashville, or St. Louis.
Responsibilities
- Experience in sophisticated estate planning and drafting, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax, and charitable planning.
- Work with attorneys across various offices in the Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic industry group.
- Handle multiple projects and effectively communicate legal strategies and courses of action.
Requirements
- Prior law firm experience required.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- A commitment to the community.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated record of working well under pressure.
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $230,000 - $275,000, and in Minnesota and Vermont is $215,000 - $275,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
