Responsibilities

• Teach children to celebrate differences and appreciate diversity
• Implement curriculum guides and classroom management tools on classroom tablets
• Support children's character development through Heart Projects
• Engage in teamwork and mutual support within the team
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience working with children
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive environment

Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid state teaching license or ability to obtain one
• Experience with classroom management and child development

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of child development and educational theories
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
