About the role

PwC Private provides business advisory services to private companies, including audit, tax compliance, and planning. Our team helps design and implement service plans for wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture, and exit strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 6 years of experience
• CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify

• Thorough knowledge of tax-related intricacies of partnership structures
• Interpreting and applying US Tax Code sections related to partnerships
• Consulting and modeling for M&A and equity transactions
• Marketing and business development efforts

Benefits

• The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $335,000
