About the role

You'll have the opportunity to experience the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception to growth, maturity and transition. Our team helps our clients design and implement personal and customised service plans that are unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. You’ll be assisting the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.

Opportunity

As part of the PwC Private team you are expected to lead the way as tax advisors dedicated to innovation, providing our clients with the right skills and technology to problem solve and deliver sustained outcomes. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You are expected to interact with clients at a senior level and drive overall project success, leveraging your influence, specialized knowledge, and network to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 6 years of experience
  • CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
