Private Lacrosse Coach

About the role

Coach lacrosse on your own schedule in Brooklyn, New York. STXZ connects families with independent lacrosse coaches; you receive client offers, run private lessons your way, and get paid per session.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and accept or decline without penalty
• Contact the client within 24 hours of acceptance
• Agree on schedule and location (client’s home, local field, park, etc.)
• Conduct the lacrosse session using your own drills, pacing, and structure
• Submit a brief lesson summary on the platform after each session
• Manage your own equipment (stick, cones, balls, training aids) for each lesson

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Willing to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids)

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level
• Or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
