Private Lacrosse Coach
About STXZ
STXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. We send you clients in your area, handle the administrative work, and get out of your way so you can coach.
How it works
- When a family near McLean requests lessons, STXZ sends you a client offer with details.
- You review the offer and decide whether to accept—no quotas, no pressure, no penalty for declining.
- If you accept, you contact the client within 24 hours, agree on schedule and location (home, local field, park, etc.), and run the session your way.
- You submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.
- STXZ processes payment and handles billing, refunds, and disputes.
Pay
- $35 to $50 per one‑hour session, paid as a flat per‑lesson rate.
- Rates are set by STXZ, vary by market and demand, and are confirmed in writing before your first lesson.
- Payout within 24–48 hours after you submit your lesson briefing, via PayPal.
- 1099‑NEC issued at year end if you earn $2,000 or more through the platform.
- No guaranteed minimum number of lessons; lesson volume depends on client demand.
Schedule
Most lessons run weekday afternoons and evenings and on weekends. You work when you want and can pause your availability at any time.
What you control
- Your schedule – accept or decline any offer without penalty.
- Your coaching methods – drills, lesson plans, teaching style are yours.
- Your territory – set your own travel radius, from a few miles up to 35 + miles.
- Your approach – decide what equipment to bring to each session.
