Private Lacrosse Coach

About the role

Coach lacrosse on your own schedule in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area as an independent coach through STXZ. You receive client requests for private lessons, contact the family within 24 hours, agree on schedule and location, run the session using your own drills and structure, and submit a brief lesson report after each session.

Responsibilities

• Contact the client directly within 24 hours of accepting an offer.
• Coordinate schedule and location (client’s home, local field, park, or your choice) with the family.
• Conduct the lacrosse session using your preferred drills, pacing, and structure.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the STXZ platform after each session.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Agree to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ before receiving full client details.
• Provide reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Bring your own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids).

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, OR
• Playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level.

Skills

• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.
